In this lively cooking class, guests join five-star Chef Hannah to explore bold, Latin-inspired dishes made with fresh, wholesome ingredients. The entire menu is naturally dairy free and gluten free, with vegan-friendly options available upon request.

Guests will learn to craft cactus-infused tortillas by hand, blend a bright guacamole salsa and pickle red onions with beet and thyme. Explore vibrant seasonal pico de gallo, tomatillo-baked tilapia and slow-cooked citrus carnitas. The class ends on a sweet note with a rich, dairy-free vegan mini chocoflan featuring coconut milk and chocolate. Reserve your place in the class today!

I’m following up again regarding my previous messages about a credit for the class I was unable to attend — as mentioned during our earlier communication. I have yet to receive a response, and I’m hoping for some clarification on the matter. To be transparent, I was not informed that the class would take place in someone’s private home, which made me uncomfortable and is not something I would have knowingly agreed to. Additionally, I was not made aware of any cancellation policy at the time of booking. I’ve reviewed all email correspondence and materials and was unable to locate any policy outlining this. If I’ve overlooked it, please feel free to direct me to where I can find it. While I understand that I may not be eligible for a refund, it’s unclear how Chef Hannah was able to retain both the full $100 and the ingredients — which I was told I paid for. I would appreciate an explanation, as this resolution doesn’t seem reasonable given the circumstances. If there is no possibility of a credit or resolution, I would have appreciated transparency about that from the beginning. I look forward to hearing from you and hope to settle this matter respectfully.
