What You'll Do

Use cutting-edge kitchen equipment to recreate a Downton Abbey style feast.

If you're a fan of "Downton Abbey," you'll love this dedicated cooking class. Guided by a renowned chef, you'll discover how to imbue classic post-Edwardian dishes with contemporary elegance. You’ll do so with the help of state-of-the-art equipment, using it to prepare an abbey-style feast including seared scallops with Champagne beurre blanc, crisp green beans almondine and luxurious truffled pommes dauphine. Ending things on a sweet and aptly regal note, you’ll make a delicate floating meringue with vanilla bean crème Anglaise.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
