Elevate a classic with Chef Chericia’s international influences.

Add a little twist to grilled steak and lobster with Chef Chericia’s updated recipes. Surf and turf is a traditional combination, but make yours memorable with the addition of porcini mushrooms and saffron butter to dazzle your team (and your taste buds). Complete the meal on an equally grand note of pear galette with Chantilly cream.

Chef Chericia’s culinary education began early in her mother’s kitchen in our country’s capital. She continued her training in gourmet food markets and high-end hotels and has developed an expansive palate, embracing flavors from all over the world.

The cooking class was great, my group was really happy with everything and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The lobster risotto was amazing and Chef Chericia was a great instructor.
