With guidance from a world-class chef, you’ll prepare classic seafood paella infused with saffron, crunchy patatas bravas with smoky aioli and a vibrant kale salad layered with Manchego cheese and Marcona almonds. For dessert, learn the secrets to crafting creamy Spanish custard with a crisp sugar crust. It’s a delicious journey through Spain.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Kate has been surrounded by the food industry since childhood. Her dream of becoming a chef led her to a 30-year career working as an Executive Chef for some of the largest corporations in the world. Her travels took her to the East Coast while she helped open a variety of restaurants and cafes. Now settled in Dallas, Chef Kate loves spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors with her granddaughters.

It was a good experience. Enjoyed the food prep and learned a few techniques I’ll use at home. The process was a bit different than I expected but having not gone before that’s ok. It was just different from other classes I’ve taken.
