Prepare an elegant wine-infused menu in this hands-on cooking class for couples. With guidance from a world-class chef, you’ll prepare four Italian dishes during this date night event featuring prosciutto-wrapped chicken in a velvety Chianti sauce. Then, use chardonnay to create a creamy risotto and cabernet to emulsify vinaigrette for a roasted beet salad. For a sophisticated dessert, poach figs in a bold cabernet served with vanilla ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
