Cooking Class - Savor the Late Italian Summer

What You’ll Do

Take a leaf out of the Italian summer cookbook in this hands-on class.

If you, like so many others, have fallen for seasonal Italian cooking, then this immersive cooking class is for you. In it, you’ll embark on a late-summer Tuscan adventure, learning from a renowned chef how to make dishes like wild mushroom risotto, pork chops with salsa verde and broccoli rabe with walnuts and Parmesan cheese. You’ll even make dessert — a delicious, gently-spiced apple crostata.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
