What You’ll Do

Step into a patisserie-style kitchen and craft the perfect vanilla macarons in this hands-on cooking class. Guided by a world-class pastry chef, you’ll create airy, crisp shells and fill them with two luscious flavors: bright blackberry buttercream and decadent hazelnut-chocolate ganache. Perfect for bakers of all skill levels, discover tips for whipping meringue, macaronage, piping and baking. With expert instruction, you’ll bring finesse and Parisian treats to your baking repertoire.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I had an amazing time as this was my first class. There wasn't a large turnout so it was a more intimate experience, getting quality time with the chef and the other few people in the room. The Osso Buco came out perfectly. I learned some good tips, had a fun time and met some great people. I will definitely be signing up for more classes this week!
