Cooking Class - Authentic Flavors at 53rd Fête

What You’ll Do

Master bold flavors with garlic chicken, chive potatoes, frisée salad and caramel chocolate soufflé.

This engaging cooking class allows guests to experience the full flavour of French culinary classics. An esteemed chef will guide participants on preparing chicken with 53 cloves of garlic, buttery pommes purée with chives, frisée salad with apple, goat cheese and walnuts and a luscious chocolate soufflé with salted caramel sauce, sharing invaluable techniques and helpful hints along the way.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
