Cooking Class - French Milestone Feast

What You'll Do

Commemorate a momentous occasion with a meal to remember.

In this gourmet cooking class, an expert chef guides you as you prepare a fine dining menu that exudes elegance and charm. You’ll craft a meal bursting with flavors and textures to delight the palate from aromatic garlic chicken and buttery pommes purée to a refreshing apple salad and showstopping chocolate soufflé finished with luxurious salted caramel sauce.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Italian pasta/salad - it was delicious and Chef Peter was great!! He was a joy to learn from...very easy to follow and had a good sense of humor to boot!
