What You’ll Do

Learn how to bake three distinct bread types from scratch.

Expand your baking skills in this hands-on cooking class focused on bread making. With guidance from an experienced pastry chef, you’ll learn how to hydrate, knead, proof, shape and bake loaves, boules and breadsticks from scratch. Prepare raspberry Danish focaccia, rustic Dutch oven French bread and crispy Italian breadsticks (grissini) with expert tips on achieving the perfect crust, crumb and texture. Ideal for beginners and seasoned bakers.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
