Whether you’re in a pub or home on the couch, this hands-on cooking class dives into four of the dishes you crave when you need comfort food. Guided by a top-level chef, you’ll learn the techniques for shaping and baking soft pretzels with tangy beer cheese. Prepare spicy Buffalo cauliflower with homemade ranch dip and master Carolina-style pulled pork sandwiches with a refreshing herb buttermilk coleslaw. Perfect for casual get-togethers.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Jennifer has been passionate about cooking since crafting her own meatloaf recipe at age eight. She holds a BA in Art History from the University of Louisville and spent her early career as a visual merchandise manager and scenic artist. After raising three daughters, Chef Jennifer honed her skills further at The Columbus Culinary Institute, earning an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. For the past decade, she has worked as a personal chef, media food stylist and chef instructor.
