What You’ll Do

Serve up romance and juicy steak for two.

Craft a restaurant-worthy steakhouse meal in this date night cooking class. During the chef-led session, you'll start with perfectly seared steak, topped with luscious Gorgonzola-shallot butter. Next, work together to transform humble kale into a velvety side dish with aromatic roasted garlic and whip up airy thyme and Gruyère popovers fresh from the oven. As your sweet reward at the end, you'll prepare silky vanilla bean crème brûlée for two.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
