What You’ll Do

Learn from an expert how to add traditional French cooking to your home table.

This cooking class dares to challenge anyone who thinks that French cooking is beyond their skill set. Sign up and you’ll quickly benefit from the guidance of a renowned chef, getting hands-on with classic French dishes like salmon en papillote, herb roasted potatoes and braised leeks with tarragon-mustard vinaigrette. You’ll even master a quintessentially French dessert: chocolate crêpes with Chantilly cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
