What You’ll Do

Gain confidence with an array of chef-grade cuts in this hands-on class.

This cooking class promises to level up one of the most essential kitchen skills. Under the tutelage of an esteemed chef, you’ll learn the techniques you need to wield your trusty knife like a pro. Putting your skills into practice, you’ll use razor-sharp knives and beautiful John Boo Cutting Boards to rustle up a menu of steak Florentine, minestrone soup, panzanella and a chocolate-pecan biscotti with zabaglione.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
