In this hands-on Italian cooking class, you'll learn authentic recipes and traditional techniques that turn simple meals into elegant, flavorful dishes. Guided by a world-class Chef Nicholas, you'll prepare a three-course feast featuring creamy risotto.
Start with a crisp shaved fennel and citrus salad while mastering the art of segmenting citrus and whisking a homemade vinaigrette. Then, tackle the star of the class: creamy risotto cooked to al dente perfection. Finally, build individual tiramisu cups from scratch with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, whipped mascarpone and cocoa. You'll leave with elevated skills and delicious dishes ready for any occasion.
