Learn to make pillowy, scratch-made gnocchi in this fun, hands-on cooking class. Led by a top-tier Chef Nicholas, you'll prepare a Northern Italian menu featuring four authentic dishes you'll recreate often at home.

Start with tomato and burrata bruschetta for a classic antipasto. Then, without fancy equipment, you'll learn how to mix, roll, cut and cook light potato gnocchi paired with a luxurious black garlic velouté sauce. For dessert, you'll churn creamy vanilla gelato from scratch using traditional Italian techniques.
