As a Nurse Corps Captain in the United States Navy, Boston native Chef Pam expanded her culinary skills while serving across Europe. Today, her award-winning teaching kitchen has helped thousands of students develop their skills and even launch their own food businesses. Chef Pam and her talented team continue to grow, expanding the physical cooking school to include online instruction in a variety of techniques and cuisines.
