In this energetic and flavorful cooking class, Chef Rajeswari, whose roots remain deeply planted in India despite the distance, welcomes you into her spice-filled kitchen. You’ll explore an enticing regional menu inspired by the warmth and bold flavors of Madurai in South India.

You'll waste no time getting to grips with aloo gobi sabzi, an unapologetically fragrant potato and cauliflower curry, before diving into a soul-soothing chicken curry paired with aromatic jeera rice. This is a partially hands-on class. Guests will observe all cooking demonstrations and participate in shared prep activities like chopping and mixing. Cooking will take place at a single shared station, with guests taking turns during the process.
