Teens Cooking Series

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, meal.
Teens explore global cuisines as they master their favorite dishes, from Italian to Japanese.
This hands-on cooking class series teaches teens how to create delicious meals from scratch using exotic ingredients and traditional techniques. With a global menu and daily practice, students 12 and older learn essential skills, kitchen safety and culinary creativity with guidance from a top-level chef. On day five, they’ll put it all together in a mystery basket challenge where their originality and technique truly shine.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
