Teens Cooking Series

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, meal.
Teen chefs will explore international flavors and traditional dishes in this fun summer series.
Over five hands-on days, teens 12 and older will learn to think like chefs – balancing flavor, texture and presentation in this fun cooking class series. Guided by a gourmet chef, students will learn kitchen fundamentals and traditional cooking techniques, working with global ingredients. The week ends with a surprise challenge that encourages teens to put their skills and creativity to the ultimate test.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

For almost 20 years, Chef Megan has been plying her culinary talents in the restaurant world. Her adventures in taste and texture began in a family-owned Japanese eatery and led her on a journey of discovery through the world of international cuisine. Drawing on these worldwide influences, Chef Megan and her capable crew now share their passion for global flavors with home cooks looking to expand their home dining territory.
