Teens Cooking Series

Teens master ambitious recipes and essential culinary skills in this five-day summer series.
This five-day cooking class series helps teens ages 12 and up become confident cooks through hands-on training in both sweet and savory recipes. Led by an expert chef, students will practice techniques like kneading dough, sautéing ingredients and decorating desserts. Ideal for beginners and experienced foodies alike, this summer course builds a passion for home cooking and develops lasting kitchen skills in a fun, encouraging space.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Meet your chef
Chef Amalia is a seasoned cook who transitioned from a legal career to sharing her passion for making food and its preparation more accessible. She is able to make complicated tasks appear simple by breaking them down into their most essential components and encouraging the students to practice and then master each skill. In her kitchen, encouragement and mastery are the keys to making culinary arts approachable for all.
