What You'll Do

This five-day class will teach teens the fundamentals of chef-level cooking.

Tailor-made for teens who love food, this five-day cooking class is sure to help them level up their kitchen skills. They’ll follow a renowned chef, learning advanced new techniques like proving enriched dough, kneading fresh pasta and baking show-stopping cakes. They’ll sharpen their food preparation skills and get to grips with the essentials of kitchen safety. By the end of the week, they’ll have earned a certificate of their achievements, arriving home with a printed menu that they’ll want to recreate for your family, time and time again.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
