This five-day cooking class series invites teens 12 and older to experiment with bold ingredients and essential techniques. Students will learn to make delicious meals daily with handmade pasta, savory sauces and stunning desserts. With a focus on creativity, safe kitchen practices and flavor balance, this chef-led summer workshop helps teens turn everyday ingredients into impressive meals and desserts they’ll be excited to recreate at home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
