From kneading homemade pasta to expertly decorating cakes, teens master essential cooking and baking skills.
Let teens roll up their sleeves and discover the magic of scratch cooking with these cooking classes. Perfect for ages 12 and up, this five-day culinary series features hands-on practice in handmade pasta-making, meal preparation and cake decorating. With step-by-step guidance from a top-level chef, students will develop safe knife skills, grow more confident in the kitchen and explore their creativity with every dish they craft.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
