What You'll Do

From buttery enriched breads to fancy cake decorating, teens will have fun baking challenging recipes.

This advanced cooking class series empowers teens aged 12 and older to tackle challenging baking projects, building their confidence and skills. With guidance from a master pastry chef, students will explore multi-step recipes with sweet and savory flavor profiles. Teens will create recipes each day, learning how to knead enriched bread dough, whip French buttercream and use a variety of tips to decorate cakes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
