Teens Cooking Series

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, meal.
Experienced teen bakers will learn the essentials of advanced baking with challenging baking projects.
In this advanced cooking class series, teens explore baking through a test-kitchen lens. This chef-led summer camp encourages experimentation and creativity while tackling foundational recipes. Students aged 12 and up will learn what happens when you double recipes, substitute ingredients and how to accurately measure for consistent results. It’s a week full of delicious discoveries that they’ll be excited to share with family at home.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
