What You’ll Do

Give your teens the chance to level up their cooking in this four-day summer series.

This cooking class series is the perfect way to encourage teens with a passion for great cuisine. Guided by a world-class chef, they’ll turn their culinary curiosities into actionable skills, unlocking advanced cooking techniques and mastering the fundamentals of food preparation and kitchen safety. They’ll knead fresh pasta, prove enriched dough and master the art of cake decoration. When the series is over, they’ll graduate with a certificate plus a printed menu that they’ll want to recreate at home, time and time again.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Chef D.C. Bland brings over 42 years of culinary expertise, having worked as a line cook and executive chef in various esteemed kitchens. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with a recent Bachelor’s in Food and Nutrition Entrepreneurship, Chef D.C. Bland combines classic training with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Known for his commitment to quality and creativity, he brings warmth and skill to every dish. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys sailing, playing bass guitar at his church and golfing.

Very basic class, could have shown more cutting techniques. The classroom was very noisy because they were washing dishes throughout the class. I was expecting a lot more.

This is not the chef we had,though the chef we had was great. There was very little information shared with me about where we were actually going. I could’ve booked that on my own. I was expecting a better experience for my team and while our chef was great, they were preparing for the class after us from the minute we walked in and it was incredibly distracting and noisy. Probably would not book with you again. My mistake
