Perfect for teens who appreciate great food, this four-day cooking class is sure to teach them everything they need to make it for themselves. Guided by a renowned chef, they’ll learn to prove enriched dough, knead fresh pasta and even decorate show-stopping cakes. They’ll master the fundamentals of food preparation and kitchen safety, graduating the series with a certificate, a printed menu and the confidence they need to take charge of your family’s home kitchen.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Eric began his culinary climb as a kitchen assistant, garnering real-world experience through the grocery and food service industries. His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.

Chef Eric was enthusiastic, charismatic, and incredibly supportive throughout the class. Chef stepped in exactly when needed and shared quick, helpful tips that made preparing the dish so much easier. Both dishes were absolutely delicious — but the Roasted Leek and Gruyère Croissant was truly top tier! I’m already looking forward to booking another class in the near future.
