Let your kids learn to make their bakeshop favorites in this exciting five-day class.
For families with budding young foodies, this summer cooking class series is perfect. In it, aspiring young chefs will learn from a renowned chef how to master their bakeshop favorites, learning baking fundamentals, food preparation techniques and crucial skills for staying safe in the kitchen. They’ll mix muffin batter, make focaccia pizzas and bake show-stopping cakes. At the end of the week, not only will they leave with a certificate and a printed menu, but they’ll arrive home with the confidence they need to continue their culinary adventures in their own kitchen.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Meet your chef
Chef D.C. Bland brings over 42 years of culinary expertise, having worked as a line cook and executive chef in various esteemed kitchens. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with a recent Bachelor’s in Food and Nutrition Entrepreneurship, Chef D.C. Bland combines classic training with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Known for his commitment to quality and creativity, he brings warmth and skill to every dish. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys sailing, playing bass guitar at his church and golfing.
