What You’ll Do

Aspiring young chefs can level up their skills in this globally-inspired five-day summer class.

If you’re ready to give your kids the freedom of the kitchen, this five-day cooking class series is sure to teach them everything they need. With help from a renowned chef, they’ll begin by learning the foundations of kitchen safety. They'll then get hands-on with the ingredient preparation and cooking techniques required to make fresh pasta, fried rice, sushi and more. At the end of the week, they’ll leave with a printed menu, a certificate of their achievements and the confidence they need to take charge of your kitchen at home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Eric began his culinary climb as a kitchen assistant, garnering real-world experience through the grocery and food service industries. His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.

This class was outstanding!! Heather made the class very hands-on; she showed me a few new cooking tricks, which I greatly appreciated; the 3 items were delicious, which I will make again; and she made the class lots of fun. But most of all I feel much more comfortable in making the perfect pie crust! I will definitely take more classes. Thank you.
