What You’ll Do

This five-day summer series focuses on baking and decorating cookies, cupcakes and savory bread.

This exciting week of cooking classes invites kids to whisk, stir and knead their way through five delicious days of baking. Guided by a skilled chef, young bakers ages 7–11 will try their hand at sweet treats and savory snacks, learning kitchen basics like accurate measuring, mixing batter and decorating cakes. Each child graduates with a certificate and the confidence to bake these treats at home.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

The class was well organized with clear directions. Chef was wonderful - Adiska was very patient, kind and fun. I really enjoyed myself! Not to mention the sushi was tasty, too!
