What You’ll Do

Master four authentic Italian dishes that are ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll explore caramelization and the use of fresh herbs to create an elegant Italian meal. Prepare four restaurant-quality dishes with guidance from an expert chef, including polenta bites topped with arugula pesto and goat cheese, grilled steak with earthy salsa verde and a summer farro salad with tomatoes and basil. For dessert, churn a refreshing lemon mascarpone gelato that’s creamy and bright.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
