Cooking Class - South of France Menu

What You’ll Do

Explore the flavors and fragrances of authentic French cuisine.

Led by a gourmet chef, this cooking class is a wonderful way to discover traditional techniques and learn new recipes. Master skills for pan-searing chicken breasts with capers, olives and roasted lemons. Practice slicing and arranging ingredients for a ratatouille tart and toss a fresh salade verte. For dessert, make fig and raspberry crêpes with honey whipped cream.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
