What You’ll Do

Create a soulful summer meal that's a little bit Southern and entirely from scratch.

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll savor the tastes of summer with every delicious course. Guided by a master chef, you'll learn how to fry light and crispy corn fritters with creamy herbed aioli. Then, glaze juicy pork chops with brown sugar and mustard and char-grill kale for a warm salad with bacon and chile. Complete the experience with baking a juicy, golden-topped blueberry-cherry cobbler for dessert. This menu captures summer in every bite.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The dim sum was good and the class was well organized. However, for the price, I expected much more food. We left hungry.

The food was great but we were not provided anything to drink for the entire two hours. We were told that water would be brought out and it never happened. Also, Arra was quite brash to a few of the guests. I would love to take a class here again but it will not be with her.

Not as advertised. I signed up for a class with Chef Arra, I was disappointed it was just another class taught by someone else. I feel this was very deceptive. The class was fine, but not what I paid for on Cozymeal.
