This authentic cooking class is a fantastic way to bring the sun-soaked flavors of Thailand into your home kitchen. With a renowned chef showing you the way, you’ll gain fascinating insights into Thai food culture, learning time-honored techniques and a menu of classic savory recipes including chicken satay with peanut sauce and ginger-steamed Jasmine rice. Just be sure to leave room for dessert — some palate-cleansing scoops of homemade coconut-lime sorbet.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
