Combine Italian traditions with a hint of romance to make a delicious summery menu.

Celebrate one of the world’s favorite cuisines at this insightful date night cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you how to pan-sear steak and finish with arugula and cheese. You’ll discover fresh recipe inspiration for a panzanella salad and boost your dessert skills by making a fresh Prosecco sabayon.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Meet your chef


Chef Peter's culinary journey may have begun in Northern California, but it's taken him around the U.S., with stops in D.C. and Nantucket. He honed his talent in well-regarded eateries, eventually rising to the level of executive chef. His restaurant experience includes a stint at the Watergate Hotel. Now happily settled in Seattle, Chef Peter is often found sharing his skills in cooking classes and with local and national nonprofits.

We didn’t any one named Peter. The resident chef was really nice so look confusing not everything was prepared. The tiramisu was horrible. I recommend you guys figure out a different recipe. I really enjoyed the class. The president has the people who are helping the chef are really nice. I have recommended this class to my daughter and I’m sure she’ll be booking something
