What You’ll Do

Great mornings start with great pastries, made using the skills you learn at this session.

Master the art of flaky pastries made using a laminated dough base at this pâtisserie perfection cooking class. You’ll follow step-by-step instructions to make a dough and use it to create classic, New Orleans style beignets powdered with dusted sugar plus donuts with a Japanese-inspired mochi glaze and mixed berry fritters.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.

Knife skills are a fundamental skill and Chef Visalia was a great instructor.
