Cooking Class - Innovative Italian Menu
$ 89 Per person
all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 4-course meal.
Put together an Italian feast in four distinct, unique and delicious courses.
Learn to cook an array of Italian dishes beyond pizza and pasta in this hands-on cooking class. Start with a traditional bruschetta with a nontraditional topping: ricotta and roasted grapes. For the main course, fry up a classic breaded chicken Milanese. To balance things out, you'll make braised greens packed with olives and lemon. And finally, you'll end your feast with a nectarine and blueberry crostata, a divine summery dessert.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
