What You’ll Do

Learn to make authentic cuisine inspired by the Southern region of France.

Discover the distinct flavors of Southern France in this hands-on cooking class. Master new skills in the kitchen under the instruction of a five-star chef in an interactive environment.

Start with a fresh salade verte followed by an artfully layered ratatouille tart. For the main course, learn to make pan-seared chicken breast with capers, olives and roasted lemons. End your class with delicate fig and raspberry crêpes topped with honey whipped cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Josh was amazing! He was informative, efficient, and helpful to our class of 8. We all got to have hands-on experience preparing our meal as a team of 4. The food was so delicious, and we can't wait to receive the recipes so we can try and make it at home. The whole experience was excellent! We would definitely try this experience with Cozymeal again!
