If you're looking to level up your culinary talents with French-inspired farm-to-table dishes, look no further than this dedicated cooking class. With help from a renowned chef, you’ll master the techniques required to prepare vibrant dishes like lemon-dill grilled salmon, herbes de Provence haricot verts and a fresh apple-fennel salad sprinkled with hazelnuts. Finish on a sweet note with indulgent and rustic plum clafoutis.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Eric began his culinary climb as a kitchen assistant, garnering real-world experience through the grocery and food service industries. His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
