Throw your next soirée in style with an array of culinary delights!
Tea parties can be assembled for a variety of special occasions such as a housewarming, birthdays, or simply as a social gathering with friends and family. Chef Ming has assembled a diverse menu that highlights some of the very in best tea party goodness to make your next event a truly memorable one. With her guidance, you will learn to create wholesome and flavorful dishes that will satisfy a variety of palates and keep your guests coming back for more.
The class begins with learning to prepare petites tartines with a variety of toppings from succulent shrimp to salty Gorgonzola. For your second and final course, you will learn to create a delicious selection of tea sandwiches that include savory smoked salmon and mouthwatering prosciutto cotto.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
