After owning her own restaurant and catering facility where she also taught cooking classes, Chef Mary Ann found her passion for teaching others how to cook and thrive in their own home kitchens. Chef Mary Ann is now a full-time chef instructor in Florida teaching both savory and sweet classes ranging from croissants and macarons to homemade bread and pasta to the cuisines of Thailand, Mexico, France, Italy, and China.

We had the pleasure of an amazing Sicilian dinner prepared by chef Mary Ann. Not only was the food incredible, but Mary Ann also made the entire evening so enjoyable.
She was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate and knowledgeable about Sicilian cuisine. It was a true culinary experience, and we can't wait to do it again.

We had her cook a meal for our 1st anniversary. It was very memorable and she made my wife and I feel right at home. Her scalloped potatoes is still being talked about days after. Highly recommend!

Going to Chef Mary Ann was quite an inspiration! I felt totally transported to Italy with her delicate dishes full of aromas that you can only find in an authentic Italian home.
She presented her lessons with her amazing style, and made me feel as if I was cooking with a superstar Italian grandmother.
