What You’ll Do

Celebrate the flavors of summer by way of a feast centered around homemade pasta.

Immerse yourself in the art of Italian cuisine in this summer-inspired cooking class. You’ll begin by making fresh pasta dough from scratch, then roll and shape it into two classic dishes. First up: a rich and creamy fettuccine carbonara. Then, craft wide pappardelle noodles tossed with peak-season tomatoes. To complement your handmade pastas, you’ll create a vibrant panzanella salad with fresh mozzarella and a zesty pesto vinaigrette. End on a sweet note with a luscious tiramisu, layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and plenty of dark chocolate.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

we had the most AMAZING experience with the resident chef. 12/10 would recommend! he was so insightful and very kind when giving advice. it was so educational in a good way!

The class lasted only 1.5 hours not 2.5. There were no skills taught. Not even basic knife skills. It was like cooking a meal box that I could get delivered to my home. No, it was worse. Everything was already prepped. the only prep that we did was mince garlic and cut herbs.

I would have hoped they would have been able to roll out dough and measure ingredients to learn more. But my granddaughter had fun and loved the cookies.
