Cooking Class - Classics From Koreatown Kitchen

What You’ll Do

Add some Korean culinary magic to your weekly meal routine with this hands-on culinary session.

As well as getting hands-on with state-of-the-art specialized shears courtesy of Joyce Chen, in this cooking class you'll learn to make a raft of classic Koreatown kitchen recipes. These include Koreatown fried chicken with garlic glaze and pork and green onion dumplings with sesame dipping sauce. Those who follow a plant-based diet, meanwhile are sure to love making (and eating) a marinated cucumber salad with scallions and sesame.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Enjoyed the experience, but it was choatic, and what we ate wasn't exactly as represented in the class description. Time management and oversight of the participants was a problem, and I don't think I'd attend a class with 8 people again.
