Cooking Class - From Farmers Market to Table

What You’ll Do

Enjoy the bounty of the season with this feast inspired by locally grown produce.

This cooking class will teach you how to cook and eat seasonally, with an emphasis on locally grown produce harvested at its peak. On the side, you'll bring out the flavors of sugar snap peas by giving them a quick grill and smothering them in a rich buttermilk aioli. Finally, you'll end with a blueberry cornbread cobbler bursting with the best berries of the year.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
