We made bruschetta, potato gnocchi, and tiramisu. Chef Miguel was a very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional teacher. We had a very good time and lots of laughs, looking forward to scheduling another lesson with Chef Miguel. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to expand their culinary knowledge.

This was an awesome experience. I would definitely suggest it. We made bruschetta, gnocchi, marinara sauce, and tiramisu; most of it from scratch. It was so flavorful and delicious it has ruined typical pasta and marinara sauce for us. We only want fresh now. Chef Miguel was very knowledgable and fun to work with. You will not regret this class.

I booked a cooking class with Chef Miguel for my wifes birthday. It was a wonderful experience making bruschetta, gnocchi, sauces from scratch and a veggie lasagna that was delicious. Chef Miguel was very knowledgeable and a great chef. He made the experience very memorable for my wife and I.
