Start by learning the secrets to achieving perfect pizza dough and experiment with a carbonara-style pizza, merging classic Italian flavors in a new format. Craft a fennel, sausage and kalamata olive calzone and finish on a sweet note with a grilled dessert pizza adorned with strawberries and chocolate hazelnut spread. Paired with a refreshing blackberry-basil soda, this class offers a comprehensive exploration of pizza's delicious possibilities.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Trisha was excellent! She was funny, patient, knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I shared this wonderful dinner experience of learning about ingredients, how to prepare a French inspired meal with others from the community. At end we all were able to partake in what our hands had created. Definitely a memorable experience.

We got another chef, I don't recall her name, but she was excellent. The class flowed really well and I feel like we both learned a lot. Will definitely recommend to a friend.
