Cooking Class - From Pizza Dough to Dessert

What You’ll Do

Master pizza dough from scratch and unlock a world of delicious recipes to try.

Take your pizza game to the next level with this hands-on cooking class. Learn from an expert chef how to prepare the perfect dough, then turn it into a carbonara-style pizza with crispy pancetta. Stuff a calzone with fennel, sausage and kalamata olives for a bold, savory twist. Then, grill a dessert pizza with sweet strawberries and chocolate hazelnut spread. Enjoy it all with a homemade blackberry-basil soda.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.
