What You’ll Do

Embark on a culinary journey through the sun-drenched landscapes of southern France.

The vibrant flavors of southern France are at your fingertips during this hands-on cooking class. Begin by crafting a refreshing shaved radish and arugula salad, tossed in a tapenade vinaigrette that embodies the region's love for bold, briny flavors. Delve into the art of preparing bouillabaisse, a hearty seafood stew simmered in a saffron-infused broth, complemented by a rich, creamy garlic aioli. Conclude your culinary journey with a sweet cherry clafouti, served with a dollop of honey whipped cream.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I went for the croissant baking class. Instructor was great. It’s very disappointing that they don’t provide ingredients and tools to each participant. In a class with 7 people we were given 2 sets of dough and materials to work with. We’d take turns rolling the dough, two people rolling or kneading or using the mixing stand while the others watched. That’s not we signed up for. Please provide each participant with their own set of ingredients and tools to follow instructions. After all we don’t split the cost of the class with the participants so why we are standing around watching as we take turns working with the 2 bowls of flour that was provided..

not enough dough, supplies, or time. we had to share everything and watch other people do everything. attendees don't necessarily share. for $100, this was a rip off.

We had chef Andy! He was fantastic!!! Such a fun date night and birthday surprise for my boyfriend. Will definitely do it again and request chef Andy! Great experience thank you!
