An expert chef will guide you through searing a juicy steak tagliata topped with peppery arugula and shaved Parmesan cheese. Then, master pasta-making as you prepare homemade fettuccine with crispy pancetta, artichokes and a touch of truffle oil. Complete your date night meal with a creamy vanilla-mascarpone panna cotta, an effortlessly elegant dessert.

I had such a lovely time at the Cozy Brunch cooking class today! The chef was very fun and very professional, kind, and explained everything clearly.
